THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation at Oakside Cottage comprises two attractive bedrooms, one double and one twin, a living room / dining room, with great views of Skiddaw, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room.
There is also a small patio area with seating outside, parking for two cars and a covered alleyway where wet gear and bicycles can by stored.
Heating, lighting and bed linen are included in the price. Please note that towels are not included; you will need to bring your own. This cottage is ideal for families with older children, or couples who wish to explore the nearby fells, lakes and forest. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Oakside Cottage
The property is located in Braithwaite and offers one double and one twin room. Upstairs there is a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern shower room.
Double Room
The double room is tastefully decorated with traditional pine furnishings and includes a double bed, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables with drawers, a dressing table and a window dressed with blinds and curtains.
Twin Room
The twin room is tastefully decorated with traditional pine furnishings and includes two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table with drawers, a large chest of drawers, and a window dressed with blinds and curtains.
Living Room
The light and airy living room at Oakside Cottage is a great place to relax after a day out exploring the fells and lakes that surround Braithwaite. It contains an electric stove, two comfortable sofas, Freeview TV / Radio, DVD / CD player, books and board games.
Dining Area
Located in the light and airy living room, the dining area offers seating for 4 at a traditional-styled table as well as a fantastic view of the local area.
View From The Living Room & Dining Area
The view from upstairs in the cottage is of the village of Braithwaite, with the Skiddaw Massif rising in the background.
Shower Room
The well finished shower room includes a large electric power shower, w.c., wash basin and shaver point.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has limed oak units, fridge, cooker and microwave.
