The weekly prices for 2010 when staying at Oakside Cottage range from £220 - £480.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks are available during Winter months: a minimum of 3 nights and excluding school holidays. Short Breaks can be booked in advance from the end of October until Easter or at last minute during other periods subject to availability.
Short Break prices for 2010 start from £160. Please email for a detailed price list and availability.
Reduced Rates
A reduction is offered for the use of one bedroom only - double or twin - with a maximum of two people staying at Oakside Cottage.
Terms & Further Information
A £50 security bond is required which is refundable providing the property is left as it was found. We ask that you notify us of any breakages or damages before you leave so that we can put right any problems before the next guests arrive.
30% of the rental is payable as a deposit on booking. The balance of the rental plus the security bond is to be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or BACs transfer.
The tariff includes heating, lighting and bed linen. Towels, however, are not included so please remember to bring your own.
Oakside Cottages is suitable for families with older children, or couples wishing to explore the nearby fells, lakes and forest.
This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
